Emphasize expository preaching that is Christ-centered and Biblically faithful also relevant, practical, and passionate

Exhibit a missional spirit – embracing the Great Commission and effectively reaching lost people and making disciples

Provide ministries of mercy and justice that are engaged with the culture and involved in the community (i.e. churches of irresistible influence)

Reflect the demographics of the community (racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, generational, etc.)

Embody indigenous and contextualized leadership.

Manifest biblical stewardship of time, talent, and treasure invested in the work of the Kingdom

Reproduce ministry (especially through church planting)

Adhere to Presbyterian polity, both in form of government and spirit of connectionalism, characterized by mutual cooperation and accountability.
